Fan Experience networking
Join us in Paris
Fan Experience Workshop
The European Stadium & Safety Management Association will assemble during the Fan Experience Workshop on 8 and 9 October aking place in Paris (FR). Delegates will enjoy panel discussions, fan experience visits & workshops, presentations and a networking dinner.
When members look for solutions, they turn to other members or to people they meet during the ESSMA events. Our network of passionate individuals has a wealth of knowledge. Best practices are shared to make sure you return home with a load of takeaways. We draw from the experts in the industry to make you stay on top of trends and expand your thinking by learning from peers.
STADIUM INDUSTRY NETWORKING
Networking is a problem-solving tool for issues stadium professionals are facing daily. When you ask our members, they will say the networking part is one of the huge benefits of the association. Meet with venue industry professionals from all over the world: connect, learn and evolve with other-like minded professionals.
Learn from a unique behind-the-scenes stadium tour. Executive staff and management will give you a unique behind-the-scenes tour: the unique opportunity to ask all your questions on stadium-related matters.

CITIZENM Paris La Défense
First opened in May 2017, CitizenM Paris La Défense offers luxurious accommodation with large living rooms, meeting spaces and a 24-hour fully stocked bar. It is the newest most ‘unbusinesslike business hotel’ Paris La Défense has ever seen. CitizenM will be the event hotel for this years’ ESSMA workshops in Paris. The property is set in Nanterre, within walking distance of Paris La Défense Arena.
“The ESSMA workshop is fantastic, it genuinely is. I came all the way from England to be here. I must say that whilst these workshops are ongoing I wholeheartedly would say to anyone that is thinking about coming, please do and share ideas. There are very good people in the room and this is how you grow your football business.”
Anthony Emmerson – Supporter Growth & Services Manager, Stoke City FC
“I’m happy we attended ESSMA’s Fan Entertainment Workshop in Valencia last year, because it was very interesting for us to get notes of our colleagues, from other stadiums and organisations.”
Jamilia Mehdiyeva – Head of Marketing Communications, Baku Olympic Stadium
