Mandy heads a consultancy specialising in quality and accessibility in sport, tourism and leisure. Before starting LiveTourism she was Director of Quality Standards for the English Tourism Council and Training Manager for British Airways. Mandy’s 30-year commitment to improving the customer experience includes developing the VisitorJourney © – which was fundamental in developing London an as accessible destination for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Over the last 8 years LiveTourism has worked with the Premier League and the England and Wales Cricket Board to develop the fan/spectator customer experience.
